The eCommerce Manager for US will report to the Director of Sales, & Marketing Manager to align with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product & promotional content on Amazon’s Vendor Central detail pages to include copy, product images, awards and videos
- Set up new items in Vendor Central, executing vines and creating A+ pages
- Keep current and build out brand store page on Amazon with current promotions, updated product content and imagery
- Interact with retail marketing, web team, PR and graphics department for gathering product information, imagery and content
- Develop a competitor set and track changes to pricing by category
- Monitor weekly inventory levels in SAP and coordinate updates with Planning/Operations department
- Manage Vendor Central portal for item integrity, pricing, sales, inventory and planning
- Use Vendor Central reporting features to track sales, inventory and monitor customer profiles/demographics for FSI brands in US, Canada and other markets and report via PowerPoint presentation
- Additional duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree Business or Marketing is required
- 4 to 7 years' experience product sales/marketing
- Amazon Vendor Central experience is a plus
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent project management, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills, presenting skills and negotiation skills
- Possess the ability to network and work well under pressure
- Local and international travel may be required for events, training and meetings
- Excel: Intermediate/advanced Excel skills preferred
- Computer: Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to quickly navigate web portals and is intimately familiar with
- Math Skills: Proficient in basic math
