We are looking for a full time Social Media Specialist to be a key member of our growing marketing team. The Marketing team is focused on generating quality sales ready leads as well as helping to develop customer based marketing programs to achieve our departmental and company business goals. The Social Media Specialist will collaborate with various groups within the Jellyfish Designs team and will report to the Director of Marketing. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for writing and some experience with graphic design, social media marketing and a drive to succeed, we want to meet you!
What you’ll be doing:
As an integral member of the marketing team you will contribute to creating, planning and managing content for demand generation and customer penetration programs, promotions, campaigns and communications.
• Research industry trends and create engaging written and graphic content to drive demand
• Create layouts and visuals for advertising, promotion and campaigns that increase readability, shares and understanding
• Track and measure the effectiveness of new and existing content
• Create an editorial calendar to manage content distribution and align with the various stages of the customer journey
• Develop and manage existing content to ensure all content is current, relevant and up-to-date
• Collaborate with various members of the marketing and sales team to contribute to the development of sales tools including case studies, presentations, blogs and press releases
• Research, write, and edit external-facing pieces including blogs and social media
• Manage, manage and build social media channels including
