Paralegal needed with skills and ability to do legal research and writing under supervision of attorney and in assistance of the attorney here in New York, USA - actual experience and writing samples required.

Work involves motions filed with the Upgrade to see actual info support of the motion you will assist in researching and writing legal briefs / memoranda, draft affidavits with exhihits (evidence) etc - for attorney to review. Must be able to read and understand large volume of court case and other information and evidence.
