Internet Marketing Assistant / Virtual Assistant required!

We are a Internet Marketing agency based in the UK that is looking to hire a FULL TIME Virtual Assistant to help with our PPC advertising campaigns. I will be your sole point of contact and will teach and train you for my specific tasks I want done.

The position will be long-term and for 40 hours a week and we are looking for a good all-rounder who wants a stable, reliable job and the potential to get more skills, manage others and earn more as time goes on.

I need someone who is HARDWORKING, PERSISTENT and RELIABLE with good English skills who is available online for most of the working day and easy to reach via SKYPE.

You will need to be extremely reliable, flexible and keen to adapt to new things and learn new skills. Once trained you should have the initiative to work on your own without too much supervision.

We are looking for someone who has:

* EXCELLENT English skills.

* EXCELLENT computer skills in general - you must be good at word processing, typing, Internet browsing, email, general computer usage and just know your way around computers well.

* Experience with managing servers, FTP, basic HTML, buying domains / setting up nameservers, CPanel/WHM etc. is essential. Some basic Photoshop knowledge would be useful also.

* Experience with task management software such as Asana and Trello is also useful.

* Any knowledge of Shopify/Clickfunnels or advertising platforms like Voluum will be a serious advantage.

Some examples of the daily tasks you will be doing include:

• Internet research
- General VA / administration assistant tasks - email, reporting, travel booking etc.
- Copying and editing landing pages in HTML, then buying new web domains and uploading using CPANEL and FTP.
• Researching and uploading marketing campaigns in ad platforms like Google and Facebook
• Managing other outsourcers to deliver translations.
• Purchasing and setting up new domains
• Reporting and statistics in Google sheets.
