Hi I am run an online health education site www.drberrypierre which includes blogs, podcast episodes, & videos. I am looking for a virtual assistant to help with administrative task such as answering and sending
Responsibilities
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Post blog/podcast/video on the wordpress
-Contact potential guest for the podcast
-Manage a contact list & schedule online meetings
-Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
-Create presentations using powerpoint slides, as assigned
-Perform data entry & transcription work as it comes along
-Create Motivational posters for social media posting (using Canva)
Requirements
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
-Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, Canva,Coschedule,Airtable
-Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
-Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
-Excellent
-Excellent time management skills
-Bachelors Degree; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
