Full stack developer required for Money Transfer application (website and mobile version)

In the first phase of the project, we are looking to replace our existing money transfer web site solution with a new one.

We intend to use PHP to drive the backend and would expect the developer to use existing templates and frameworks of developer choice to speed up development.

This opportunity is a long term project which will lead to 3-4 subsequent development phases for the website since we intend to create mobile versions and deploy to multiple countries, once the first phase is completed.
