Looking for a part time Accountant to manage accounts payable, book-keeping, and set up + maintain Quickbooks. Must have experience with USA tax and payroll systems and expert Quickbooks knowledge. Some sort of certification in accounting required. Ecommerce experience preferred. Good English communication
Tasks:
Oversee and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger functions and account reconciliations
Maintain accurate account reconciliations:
- Monthly reconciliation of income, expenses, and accounts
- Reconciliation of sales taxes and income taxes
- Reconciliation of inventory and invoice charges
Oversea Accounts payable
Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting and
Work 4 hours a day 5 days a week (in the beginning)
May oversee some aspects of inventory management
