Interior Design Project Coordinator

We are a boutique interior design firm located in Toronto that creates livable interiors for clients using subtle and understated palettes that still retain a certain level of sophistication and casual elegance.

Looking for talented, resourceful, dedicated people to join our growing interior design startup. Excellent project management skills, thrive under pressure, assertive and great communication skills are needed.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule different service providers needed in the project (painter, handyman, electrician, photographer etc.)
Place online orders (from Ikea, Amazon etc.)
Manage ongoing client relationships/communication- build proposals, contracts, send emails etc.
Track and close/summarize all project's financials

Requirements:
Coordination/Project Management experience
Responsible and reliable
Organizational skills
Great communication skills
Good English (both written and spoken)
Ability to work on EST time zone
