JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is a health and wellness company currently selling through online channels globally.

We need to add a customer services representative to our team. The individual should have the following key skills:
- Excellent written English
- Previous customs services experience
- General understand of health/wellness industry
- General understanding of fulfilment and global shipping
- Ability to think of their feet
- Eagerness to learn
- Good team player

The tasks the individual will undertake initially are:
- Be lead customer services contact for our global business
- Provide daily coverage and review of customer service emails, responding where possible or escalating to management/colleagues
- Create templates of appropriate responses to customers for common questions
- Provide order status updates where requested
- Any other tasks requested by management to support the business

There will be opportunities to learn and develop other skills in this role, as we continue to grow and expand.
