Real Estate Investing cold calling

Cold calling leads and qualifying leads and adding them to CRM. Experience/knowledge with wholesaling real estate, running comps, understanding the real estate investing process, including but not limited to wholesaling, rehabbing, flex-options, seller financing. Strong phone communication skills and ability to build rapport. Must understand wholesaling process. Must be able to maintain a positive and confident attitude after receiving rejection from a prospect. Must speak clear English.
