writing short blog /website articles for a puppy/ dog website - or other health - gardening niche sites

Looking to find someone whom can write 3 -4 articles a week. finding interesting subjects, preparing the unique articles and submitting to one of my sites. I have a number of site on varied subjects so this work could expand over time. The articles must be unique. I may feed some ideas for the articles. Mostly It will be a case of seeing what type of articles are popular and working on something unique for our site. Articles 300 - 600 words long. A good headline and in some cases possible suggestion of a video found on youtube that could be embedded.
Simple interface access for adding the articles offline will be provided with skype assistance to train to get used to the interface - possibly direct into WP or elementor/ Promotion engine. To be decided.
