JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our organization who’s passionate about our brands, has positive attitude, ethical on conducts and most important has great learning drive.

The ideal candidate will be someone that is:
• Analytical and fast learner
• Able to follow SOPs and a critical strong thinker
• Has prior experience in Customer Service
• Ability to work under minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:

• You will provide amazing customer service with every customer who contacts us across all brands.
• You will be resolving all kinds of customer related queries across email, social medias and any channels in a timely and efficient manner.
• You will Identify customer issues and provide proactive solutions.
• You will have a drive to learn and stay up to date on internal process and policies for our stores.
• You will be able to manage your time efficiently while upholding high quality of customer service.
• You will work with your team in a collaborative environment to ensure proper service is being delivered and KPIs adhered to.

Work Arrangement
You’re required to work from Monday to Sunday and observed GMT+8 timezone. For every working day, you will need to work on 2 shifts – one in the morning for opening business, while another one is in the evening, to close the business. Each shift will last for 1.30 hours only, and thus in a day you only need to work for 3 hours.
Shift 1 – 9.00 am to 10.30 am
Shift 2 – 4.30 pm to 6.00 pm

Your compensation will be calculated by the hours your worked in a week. Payout will be paid in weekly basis.
