Experienced Virtual Assistant for Shopify stores.

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who has experience with Shopify and drop shipping and direct from our own warehouse shipping. You will be handling important tasks such as writing product descriptions, order fulfillment and customer support.

Requirements:

-Prior experience working as a VA for e-commerce business
-Must have excellent English written and oral communications skills
-Excellent decision making skills
-Able to work from Cebu co-working office
-Reliable and trustworthy
-Attention to detail
-Able and willing to learn quickly

Your responsibilities:

-Process Shopify and other sales orders quickly and accurately, at best profit to the company
-Reply to customer email request for package tracking assistance, copies of invoices
-Assist with and direct customer phone calls
-Process customer returns and warranty replacements
-Forward sales inquires to appropriate sales person
-Create accurate product descriptions for new products
-Assist with price updates on Shopify and our internal system
