UI/UX/Web Designer Needed

I need a web designer who can craft pixel-perfect mockups. This will mostly be for blogs & magazine-style layouts, but this may also include other work like landing page designs or logo designs.

Generally I'd like to find a designer with this skillset:

- Photoshop designs (preferred over Sketch)
- Very comfortable with pixel-perfect grids
- Knowledgeable of responsive design
- Ideally some skills with designing graphics & icons/logos
- Skilled at designing mockups that can be coded into HTML/CSS(you don't need to code anything but the mockups should be pixel-perfect for my developer to code)

This is a freelance position so work will be sporadic. When applying please let me know your hourly rate for this type of work and please include some portfolio samples. Thank you!
