Video Marketing / Traffic Generation

I need someone who is great in english, and who can provide video creation & marketing for some of my websites. Other skills are a bonus, but not necessary.

I am looking for someone to work full-time (40 hours/week) from home and has their own computer and sound internet connection.
I will expect you to not have another job except for working for me.

Don’t send me a list of your past experience - Describe it to me. I want to see how well you write.

Initially the job will commence with one site and once proven will move on to many more thus looking for long term engagement.

At minimum I am looking for:

- Super Quality Short Video Clip Creations with link back to website.

- Submission of created video.

- Meta Tags implementation on the video created so that users on YouTube etc can search and find your video.

- Optimization of the submitted Video for optimum search result discovery purposes.

- Monitor performance / results for the video's created

- Other creative ideas to generate traffic through video creation.
