We’re a commercial cleaning company based in Brisbane Australia specializing in cleaning offices.

Your role will be to manage our main website: www.urbanclean.com.au
To develop and manage our blog website
www.backofficefrontdesk.com - that focuses on bringing valuable knowledge and information useful to Office Managers and Receptionists. Tasks will include
• Article research
• Article writing (at this stage weekly article only)
• Sourcing and building strategic alliances with individuals and services that would assist in the website’s outcome
Other tasks will include
Admin Support
Help write up and format
• Operation procedure manuals
• Training manuals
• Scripts
• Data entry
• Producing excel spreadsheets and checklists
Sourcing Supplies and finding Strategic Alliances
• Online research
• Phone and email contact with suppliers and possible strategic alliances
Projects
• Help producing ebook and cleaning business course
• Help project managing Cleaning App for cleaning quality control management – roles will include monitoring app progress and design
