JOB OVERVIEW

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for Tele Sales Expert to contact international clients for the following sectors: Construction, Engineering, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, etc.

We will provide a list of 500 Fortune Companies/Top 500 Companies on each sector with their website, phone numbers, email addresses. We will give you full briefing and will train you how to present our services, what to say during the phone call, possible questions and answers, presentation and marketing tools. We will train you as well how to filter the companies on the list that are relevant to our services.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Any nationality preferably with similar job experience in telesales or customer service.
• 2 years’ experience in a sales related role, preferably in telesales.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Fluent in English language; Spoken French a plus
• Personable and friendly tone of voice
• Ability to follow scripts without sounding mechanical
• Ability to handle being rejected and remain calm and collected

YOUR ROLES:
1. You will identify the right person in each company who makes the decision for hiring Executive positions, Management level to Junior Management positions, basically for Executive search or Headhunting recruitment. Your main goal is to have initial contact with the clients and creating interest to use Dragon’s services.
2. You will be sending initial emails to the client after your conversation with them. We will provide you an official email address to use.
3. You are expected to send marketing emails, company profiles, presentation, company videos etc, as and when needed.
4. Once you received an official email response from the client with questions or confirming their interest in Dragon’s services, we will take over the communication.
5. Where appropriate, you will also cover our other services for Manpower Supply/Bulk recruitment for entry level positions, blue collars, skilled, semi-skilled, or un-skilled positions from countries like India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka etc.
6. You are expected to provide information regarding product/service in an engaging manner with lots of enthusiasm.
7. You will be contacting HR Department, Recruitment Department, Purchasing/procurement department, or speak to Managing Directors, Project Managers, as appropriate.
8. You may need to call them more than once, twice, or several times, whenever appropriate until you speak to the right person, and officially received their confirmation by email that they are interested to use our services – at a time when that suits the working hours at the destination.
9. You will be using Skype to make these calls, while recording the conversation at the same time. You might need the recordings for follow-up purposes.
10. You are required to have a Skype account which you’ll use for calling and we shall pay for the credits to make phone calls internationally.
11. Your work timings will be based on the countries you’ll be calling to and it will vary from time to time Upgrade to see actual infonada for 2 weeks, then Australia for 2 weeks.
12. Also, you will be recording your output in a file (which we will be providing) to monitor your call status, follow-ups, etc.
