Creative Designer for Ebook, Paperback and Audiobook Covers Needed!!

Hello,
I am looking for a creative designer who can design eye-catchy covers for eBooks, Paperbacks and Audiobooks (fiction and non-fiction).
You (as a designer) should be able to get images from Upgrade to see actual info or Upgrade to see actual info (with all rights, PREMIUM) and create great, eye-catchy and outstanding covers.
I am willing to pay up to $15 for a package (covers design mentioned above).
