JOB OVERVIEW

We are an eCommerce business that sells unique products to customers worldwide.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Respond to customer email inquiries, such as complaints, order cancellation and shipping status.
2. Respond comments on social media sites - Facebook Fan pages
3. Research & Post new content daily on social media sites, and email customers to promote products.
4. Respond to Website live chat
5. Handle products orders, fulfillment and tracking numbers.
6 Handle stripe, credit card, and paypal disputes. Must have experience handling these!

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, an individual must have the following required skills and abilities:

1. Must have former call center, customer service or help desk experience; providing email support
2. We prioritize good working attitude the most
3. Strong customer service focus
4. Strong verbal and written skills in English
5. Ability to recognize situations that require escalations
6. Ability to deal with disgruntled or dissatisfied customers professionally
7. Ability to follow strict policy guidelines
8. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment
