E-Commerce Business Analyst (Data Analyst)

We are an International Company with headquarters in UK. We are now seeking to find an experienced and committed candidate to help us with analytics and reporting on our e-commerce function, especially on Amazon.

This person will define key performance parameters and create regular reports in order to track progress and provide insight, driving online business growth.

The work will comprise of data collection / categorization / comparison / analysis so the candidate must be highly skilled in this field with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with Amazon Seller Central.

The candidate will be looking at key metrics to analyse, report and work on the following areas:

- Studying sales velocity, margins & costs
- Checking stock control & inventory movements
- Analysing ROI, spend & performance of advertising (PPC)
- Monitoring promotions and performance of any campaigns
- Reconciling shipments by following their progress and opening claims for lost or damaged stock
- Finding product performance trends
