JOB OVERVIEW

NICE Detailing
We are looking for a full-time virtual assistant who is experienced in Virtual Assistance, excellent at multi-tasking, and has social media management + customer service + administrative experience. Excellent English skills is a must. We’re looking for a superstar overachiever. There is always room to grow in this position, and bonuses for excellent work performance. Work hours are very flexible, but productivity and efficiency is a must.

This is a very dynamic position, and the assistant will be working directly with the CEO in managing a multitude of tasks. Must be a fast learner. We are looking for a “ANYONE” to assist a rapidly growing Moblile Detailing/E-commerce company. The daily tasks are always changing and the assistant will be in close communication with the CEO. This is a full-time position (around 40 hours a week) but we are flexible with actual working times and hours. We care more about progress and productivity, than clocking in and out.

Required Skillsets:
- Excellent English communication skills (especially written).
- MUST know following apps: Drop box, Excel/Google Sheets, Calendar, Outlook and be open and quick to learning new apps and programs
- MUST have stable internet connection, a smartphone, and be able to communicate in real time
- Fast typer: Let us know how many WPM you Upgrade to see actual infote: Do not proceed further if you type less than 65 words per minute.
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Experienced with Facebook / Instagram
- Organized and Efficient
- Social Media Savvy
- Self-starter, outgoing, and responsible
- Creative, innovative, inspiring and accountable
- Must pay attention to detail and understand the steps
- Must be able to problem solve and think outside the box instead of only waiting for instruction
- Computer Savvy

* Social Media Graphics Designer (i.e., knowledge in Canva, photoshop, etc)
* Great eye for design, and knows what looks nice

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram accounts and follow the daily instructions.
- Instagram engagement ( follow,comment,message accounts)
- Manage Facebook, Instagram fan page, Community Facebook Group Management
- Manage affiliates, partners, brand ambassadors and etc.
- Competitive Market Research and report on Excel
- Create and research content for Instagram and Facebook
- Answer customer service emails
- Email management
- Data entry
- Bookkeeping
- Administrative tasks
- Following up with vendors, wholesale distributors and logistical operations
- Perform searches online for specific information and presenting it in an organized format

We are looking for serious team-members only. If your answer is yes to above responsibilities and you feel confident to be a master of most following tasks love to hear from you! We will train you on all of the responsibilities, however prefer applicants with experience. Strong work ethic a must!

NOTE: First two months is probation period, and salary will be at 10,000 PHP/month. After probation period, salary will increase to 20,000 PHP/month with more room to grow and bonus.
