Agent Marketing Coordinator

Candidate will work with a Manager at Century 21 Triangle Group located in Raleigh, NC in the United States. The Agent Marketing Coordinator will work to help promote new residential real estate listings, including but not limited to:

Help with posting listings to different social media platforms to include, but not limited to:

Facebook
Google Plus
Instagram
Pinterest
LinkedIn

Load photos into MLS
Create Property Flyers


Agent Marketing Coordinator will also assist with:
Enter agent contacts into format to upload into Business Builder & Zap CRM (Century 21 email marketing platforms). Upload contacts into Business Builder & Zap.
Reviews are posted to website and other social media

Also, Role will be crossed trained to handle:
Create and manage social media advertising to generate leads for Real Estate Agents through the use of Facebook and a Customer Relationship Management Platform (Real Geeks).
Manipulate address data columns and rows, combine, separate, or ad columns from 1,000 to 20,000 addresses and not lose the matching of name to address.
Pull names, addresses and other data from Real Estate databases into a lead assignment and management software platform.
Create custom audiences in Facebook Business Manager
Create and run ads in Facebook using Facebook Business Manager
Use real estate agent codes in the ad URL on Facebook to assign leads directly to the real estate agent
Compile the data for submission/reporting

Candidate should have experience across different social media platforms and email marketing. Experience in Real Estate a plus.
40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard time
Starting rate: $4.00 per hour
