Manga and Anime Artist

I am looking for a skilled anime and manga artist who can provide 2 designs (characters, landscapes, comic page) a day. Monday through Friday part time. You must be proficient in Photoshop, illustrator, and manga studio. I am looking for someone who has a unique style but can also mimic styles if necessary. Someone who is a passionate anime and manga fan who enjoys drawing, digitizing work, experimenting with colors. Someone who can follow instructions but who can also come up with new ideas.
