Positions Available For Reliable Data Entry Specialists with Impeccably Fast and Accurate Skills to Undertake Data Entry

We are looking for reliable, experienced Virtual Assistants who would like to take the opportunity to join a successful, forward-thinking organisation working in the fast-paced and exciting events industry. We are a speaker agent and represent some of the world's top business speakers as well as a range of celebrities, authors and sportspeople.

The ideal candidate will be experienced, reliable and dedicated and we want people who are available to work at least 20 hours a week, although full time (40 hours) is preferred. Please indicate how many hours you have available. Provided you give us consistent work at consistent times, we will take care of you and give you plenty of work on an ongoing basis.

Your contribution to our team will include:
- Completing a range of data entry and online research tasks that meet the high standards of our organisation:

For example, you will be expected to copy and paste text from documents to new pages on our website, upload, resize and crop images and be able to use a WYSIWYG editor in WordPress. The purpose of this is to create online profiles for new speakers that join our agency. You will be expected to complete profiles in a timely fashion.

You will also need to use Upgrade to see actual info where your daily tasks will be listed and available. You need to know how to use this system and will be expected to track your time on this system too. You will only be paid for time that you track.

You will also be expected to update our CRM which is managed by Zoho CRM.

What you will need to be successful:
-You will be a self-motivated individual able to maintain a high level of output whilst working independently.
-The chosen candidate will have excellent written and oral English skills. You must be able to read and communicate well in English.
-You will be eager to learn new ways of doing things and to put those methods into action.
-You will have demonstrated experience with WordPress and working online.
-In order to be considered you will need to have a fast, reliable internet connection and a fast, reliable computer.

The following skills and experience will be beneficial to your application:
-A good understanding of keyboard shortcut keys to be able to work as quickly as possible.

We will provide the following:
-An ongoing full-time position in a stable company.
-Our team will train you in the correct methodologies for completing the tasks we require you to conduct. Ensuring you can complete the role to a high standard whilst offering you considerable skills development.
-We will provide up to 40 hours of work each week paid at $3.00USD an hour, to be paid fortnightly.
-We offer flexible working hours, you will decide your own schedule with the 40 hours spread over 5 days of your choosing.
