Real Estate Marketing VA

This is a part time position 10-20 hours per week with the ability to grow into a full time spot for the right person. I need a marketing assistant that has good knowledge and ability in the following areas.
-FB Marketing, Adds, Fan Pages, Boosting Posts
-Graphic design for Real Estate Marketing of postcards, flyers, mailings, ect. Quick turn times and creative ideas are needed.
-Social Media marketing- ability to manage and generate leads and appointments though all aspects of social media.
-Past Real Estate Marketing is a plus
-Quick and creative thinker
-Able to manage and make changes/updates on a wordpress website.
-Manage past contact and lists
-Direct mail marketing
-Misc Virtual Assistant support

College or trade school educated required. Must be personable with a positive attitude to help and make suggestions to my business.
