JOB OVERVIEW

Hi... I'm a busy online entrepreneur that needs a person who will help me out with some of the daily tasks and customer related works. The ideal person will handle:

- Changing and managing Wordpress websites designs and structure using CSS/HTML/PHP/Wordpress
- Support in creating Adwords campaigns for the clients
- Minor graphic design related works
- Graphic design edits using Sketch or Photoshop
- Support in the sales process
- Research and analysis

You should have experience in CSS, HTML, Wordpress, and some experience in design/Photoshop. Also the ideal candidate has some basic knowledge on Adwords altough this isn't a must. It isn't a must for a perfect candidate to have all of those skills but what is more important for me is that he can learn very fast.

I'm looking for someone amazing to work with me for the long term. This is a half-time post, but if this works well, there's a chance of a transition to full time. You'll need to include the word orange in your proposal in capital letters as that I'll be able to see you understand this brief.

Role Requirements:

- Must enjoy working remotely with MINIMAL hand holding
- Must be a ninja at written communications
- Extensive computer experience
- CSS, PHP, HTML, Wordpress Experience ESSENTIAL
- Some Design Experience
- Experience in Trello, Google Docs is advantageous but not necessary
- Experience in Adobe products (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is advantageous but not necessary
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once yet complete tasks w/ laser like focus
- Must be a proactive problem solver who finds the solutions rather than asks questions
- Strong attention to detail and superb time management skills

Role Duties Include:

- This is half time position, with minimum of 20 hours a week.
- Change web layouts using Wordpress, HTML, CSS, PHP
- Post website updates and content
- Handle website testing
- Work with me on my daily cal and prep for the meetings I have.
- Perform daily (Mon-Fri) administrative duties
- Assist and support me with ad hoc tasks as required
