Create advertisement (landing page + payment page + confirmation page) that can interface with hasoffers *or other affiliate tracking software

Title is somewhat straight forward. I need an ad that can be distributed to other advertisers (affiliate networks). The ad must be able to know where the click came from so the advertiser that sent the click can get paid. I believe this is where hasOffers (or your preferred affiliate tracking software) comes in.

They currently have a joomla site with MijoCart. The payment processor could be integrated with that, or completely separate.
