Video and Sound Editor for Podcast

We are launching a new podcast and have filmed a number of episodes. We are looking for someone to edit the video and sound, along with pulling out several 'teaser' videos from the podcast content that can be used for marketing. The specific steps for each podcast (twice monthly) are as follows:
- Edit, add graphs, and publish each podcast Interview video to YouTube
- Edit and publish each podcast Interview audio to iTunes and stitcher
- Create images or graphics with quotes from the podcast interview
- Create 1 graphic of person being interviewed
- Develop 5 short 'teaser' videos from interview
- Develop a short commercial for the interview for YouTube
- Add show notes with all the links mentioned in the podcast

We are looking for someone with podcast experience, who is detail oriented, and meets deadlines.
