PPV Specialist

I need a freelancer for the following tasks:
1. edit landing pages for the offers
2. create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Propel Media for now. I may use other PPV networks in the future.
3. Suggest several offers that must be tested. Every week, we are going to test 5-10 offers and optimize at least 1-2 most successful offers.

Below are the skills that I am looking for:
- Familiarity with Propel Media and other PPV networks
- You've promoted affiliate offers from networks such as Maxbounty, Clickbank, Peerfly, etc.
- You have a decent Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and Wordpress skills.
- You must be fluent in English, self-starter, and dependable.
- You are familiar with tracking tools such as Voluum and TestEasily.
- Have used some intelligence tools such as Adplexity, Ispionage, Online Adspy, AdSector, SimilarWeb, etc.

To complete the tasks, I will provide the following:
- Virtual Machine
- Intelligence Tools
- Training Videos

Currently, the minimum payment that I am willing to pay is $450 per month and at the top of that, you will get commissions which may exceed the monthly payment if the offers are very profitable. My previous assistant made at least 3 times the monthly salary. If you are interested in this project, please contact me and I will provide further information.
