I'm looking to hire someone to help manage inbound email customer support messages. This will include responding to customer emails, potential customers questions, refund requests, and all manner of inbound emails.

I'm looking for someone who really wants to solve problems and help customers resolve their issues. I'm looking for someone who wants to provide EXCELLENT service to my customers and potential customers in a timely fashion.

I'm looking for someone who is a self-starter and can make decisions within provided guidelines.

If you can help setup or have experience with a service like Help Scout or Zendesk that would be helpful.

There will be some miscellaneous tasks as well, but providing customer support will be the primary responsibility.
