JOB OVERVIEW

Long term opportunity, with room to grow within the company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Scheduling appointments with clients after they book. Prioritize, manage and schedule time and availability for most efficient use of time.
Monitor travel logistics between addresses.
Downloading Images from our Dropbox and Uploading to Gallery Tour Upgrade to see actual infolivering online galleries to clients.
Answering customer emails. Phone calls if possible, but not required.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Dropbox, Microsoft Office
1+ years managing Schedules and Calendars
Work with other company personnel to accomplish organizational goals
Knowledgeable in Quickbooks
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and demands with minimal guidance
Must be a self starter, who completes tasks daily and quickly.
Ability to juggle multiple assignments while paying attention to details
