Virtual Assistant for Phone Customer Support and Other Tasks - Good Oral English Required

Do you have experience in customer service? Especially answering calls from customers?

We are looking for someone to hire on a full time basis.

We would need someone with a strong English who can professionally deal with customers on the phone. These calls will mainly be enquiries about our company and we need someone to answer them confidently. We provide further training.

The calls will not be the main part of the job.

Other jobs will be as follows:
- Populating content on our social media platforms such as facebook, instagram, youtube, twitter.
- Clear spam on our social media platforms.
- Involved in other exciting projects

Skills required:
- Strong English Language (spoken)
- Enthusiastic and passionate about helping the company grow
- Willing to share ideas to improve efficiencies and quality of our products and services
