Web Designer / Programmer Needed ( Wordpress/PHP/HTML )

I am in the early stages of building an internet marketing company and need to hire a full time web designer / webmaster as one of the first members of my technical team. This person must be highly motivated, resourceful, detail oriented and self sufficient. This person must be willing to learn new things quickly and among other things will help with the following:

- install chosen Wordpress theme
- customized header graphics and links
- add plug-ins and scripts - upload photos and create custom pages
- edit existing Wordpress posts and pages
- create CUSTOM PHP scripts
- create CUSTOM Wordpress Plugins
- convert non-Wordpress sites onto Wordpress
- design full websites
- create mini, banner ads, landing pages, squeeze pages and etc.

SKILLS NEEDED:
- Very strong HTMLl, PHP, MySQL and Wordpress skills
- Must have worked extensively with Wordpress
- Must know how to customize themes
- Must know how to create custom pages
- Must be familiar with Internet Marketing concepts and be willing to learn a lot more.
- Must be honest and responsible
- Must be available on Skype to chat about the site
- Must have your own software to run programs on a reliable computer
- Required language: Fluent English
- Above Average (spoken and written)

Experience with the below are appreciated, but not required:
- Aweber
- 1ShoppingCart
- Digital Access Pass or other membership software

Other details: 40-50 hour per week expected, making, designing, fixing, and installing blogs. We do not want our staff taking outside (side)jobs that will interfere in getting our work completed ontime. You must be a team player, who is also coachable, trainable, and willing to solve problems on your own without hand holding.

How You Will Be Paid: Payment will be twice monthly, on the 1st and 15th of the month You will be paid via paypal or xoom.com service Compensation will be generous and grow with a proven track record of completing work on time and going the extra mile.
