Real Estate VA

Hello, Im looking for a VA to be able to help me scale my real estate investing business. What Im looking for the VA to do is to cold call leads (specifically off-market leads not on MLS, Zillow, redfin etc), sort different by hot/warm/cold, track leads using podio, send out direct mail, set up appointments which coincide with my schedule, communicating with lenders, escrow companies, and also experiences using different types of softwares and tools.
