General VA which might lead to Team Lead/Project Lead role

My name is Cody and I am a CEO of a social media agency with professional coaches, specifically business & sales coaches and consultants, as our clients.

As an agency, we offer various social media and lead generation services.

We also offer other PODCAST BOOKING SERVICE which is one of our core offers on top of our social media packages.

While I have I have a VA and a Project Manager, I am looking for another General VA who can support me and my Project Manager.

Tasks are as follows:

- Email support and helping us pitch our clients for podcast shows (email addresses to whom to send the email or pitch and ecel/tracker already included)

- Engage as myself or as the client in various Facebook Groups

- Facebook Group Management

Requirements are as follows:

- General VA/home based experience is not necessary BUT someone with BPO experience as a QA, SME, floorwalker or Junior TL is highly preferred; or at least, someone with email or chat support experience

- Good English skills
