Sr. Tech Lead Software Developer (C#.NET)

We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead Software Developer in Makati, Manila with good experience in C#.NET, Upgrade to see actual info, SQL and JavaScript.

• At least 12 -14 years of development experience in Upgrade to see actual info (Upgrade to see actual info & C#)
• Implement complex code in a simple and readable manner using Upgrade to see actual info(Upgrade to see actual info & C#) or other development framework
• Implement complex code in a simple and readable manner using AJAX, JavaScript/jQuery, React JS and other JS libraries as required
• Create scalable, secure & reusable code that meets requirements and acceptance criteria
• Understand and follow OO development
• Design and write efficient database code
• Follow style guides
• Research and develop proof of concepts
• Accurately understand requirements
• Follow source control practices
• Follow project management practices via Jira
• Test completed code before committing
• Complete code reviews
• Ensure all code is reviewed
• Provide brainstorming and roadmap support to the Product Manager
• Work in an Agile team environment and communicate appropriately with everyone
• Actively participate in the Agile process
• Make recommendations on Agile processes
