We're adding ONE position to our Fulfillment & Logistics Squad in the next week!

FULFILLMENT SQUAD RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make more... happier customers
- Solve puzzles and find solutions for customers
- Celebrate and encourage our customers
- Process orders using our tools and systems
- Chat with our warehousing partners to manage customer orders
- Monitor shipping times
- Monitor and improve shipping accuracy and order accuracy
- Bring Positive and Great energy to the team

TOOLS YOU WILL USE
- Shopify & ClickFunnels
- Google Docs & Google Spreadsheets
- WeChat, WhatsApp, Email - for interacting with suppliers and warehousing
- Slack - Squad Communication
- Asana - Task Assignment
- Gorgias - Customer Service
- Facebook Messenger - Customer Engagement
- Instagram - Customer Engagement

WHO SHOULD APPLY
*Experience not required

You MUST Be Able To:
- Demonstrate Empathy and Caring for others
- Write Culturally Relevant and Positive Energy emails and chat
- Demonstrate how you dig for solutions and answers for customers
- Demonstrate how you helped a co-worker complete a project
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate satisfaction for completing a project in full
- Demonstrate ability to SINGLE-TASK (the opposite of multi-tasking)
- Demonstrate strong internet signal
- Work starting 10 am PST, Friday to Tuesday (Weds and Thurs off)

SALARY + BENEFITS
- $300 - $450 USD/month plus 13th month (*salary negotiable)
