JOB OVERVIEW

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: As Reliable Group’s Talent/Recruiting Manager you will work closely with members of the Reliable team to lead and steward goals that we truly believe are the secret sauce of Reliable’s success. This role will deliver results in four mission-critical areas:

Recruiting / Talent Development:

In this role you will lead and coordinate the critical effort to procure, retain and grow the next generation of Reliable leaders and leadership Upgrade to see actual info this role you will:

• Utilize innovative recruiting techniques to identify, head hunt and attract the best talent

• Assess the organization’s current and desired capabilities / positions to ensure we can effectively deliver on its business and brand strategy.

• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and core competencies for all positions.

• Be a brand ambassador through involvement and networking in key external business groups to build industry relationships.

• Maintains organization team members and effectiveness through recruiting, testing, and interviewing; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

• Preparing new talent for onboarding, working with department SMEs to develop new hire orientations and training and development programs for ongoing support.

• Refine and improve adoption of tracking team member career goals and facilitate path creation through realization

Qualifications:
At least 4 years of talent location and recruiting experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and Upgrade to see actual infomonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
Excels at operating in a fast paced, community environment.
Excellent people & time management skills
Open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
