You have successfully completed a College Diploma/University Degree in Web Design, Development, Graphic Design or a related field
You bring a minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Web Designer and Developer
Including at least 5 years experience designing and building complex data-based solutions
You have advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS; experience with HTML5 and CSS3 would be an asset.
You have experience with Adobe Creative Suite 5 or later, particularly Photoshop
Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), specifically impacts of front-end coding on search rankings
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with several stakeholders
Experience working in a fast-paced, nimble work environment

You are required to complete an 80 hr. before been hired you need to pass the certification process by training in our system (with no pay) certification starts on July 8th. 2013, 4 hr. per day / 4 week certification program.
