Not Sure What I need to Hire

At the moment I need help with the following
- Social Media Management - Often this may only be content - ie text related cause I'd be good with graphics or videos but depends on my time
- Web Design - I currently have a few website designers but feel free to message if interested in work
- Automation - I need to increase automation through my own and clients websites
- Content and SEO - I need to build a portfolio and websites for my work
