AirBnB Portfolio Officer

We need someone to help with account management, sales support, and guest response for our Airbnb properties. We currently manage about 600 homes and are looking for people with experience in the hospitality industry and preferably people who have hosted through Airbnb themselves.

We act on behalf of our clients so we need guest responses to be friendly, informal and in perfect English. Knowledge of Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Auckland is required as many guest queries are focused on local knowledge such as places to visit, how to get around and things to do.

The role will be ongoing and we will need someone who is prepared to keep guest response and host response going 24/7, so we need someone who is amenable to also work night shifts.

- 5 days per week and will include some weekend work
