JOB OVERVIEW

We are an IT company that provided IT Support and Services. The position you will be applying for is to answer help desk phone calls, entering them into our help desk ticketing system, handle remote support and help manage our support team.

You will be given an opportunity to access our online training to increase your skill to became IT Technician where you will remote into our clients’ computer system and help troubleshoot any issue that they are having. If you can complete the online courses and pass the certification to become an IT Technician, you will receive an increase in salary.

This position will allow you to work from home if you qualify.

Here are some of the requirements:
- Quite working area
- Own a stable computer with dual monitors
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Working headset, mic, cam and mobile smartphone connected to wifi
- Hours Monday-Friday / 8:30am-5pm US/Central Time Zone
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English by speaking, chatting and writing
