JOB OVERVIEW

Level Up Realty is a fast-growing real estate company located in Brooklyn, New York.

We are seeking two individuals who are organized, reliable and have excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with several different people within our company.

This is a full-time position, so we are seeking someone who can commit to a 30-40-hour work week.

We are flexible regarding working hours but prefer someone who can work as closely to Eastern Standard time as possible.

Below is a list of some of the daily activities involved in this position.

Data Entry:
We are looking for someone to perform data entry into our proprietary back end database. Data will be supplied via various mediums (spreadsheets, scanned documents and online research).

In conjunction with the research initiatives (described below), you will be responsible for recording information into spreadsheets, either in Microsoft Excel or a Google doc worksheet.

We are presently spinning up a very robust recruiting campaign to onboard new real estate agents into the company. As part of our agent recruiting process, you will be responsible for registering agent accounts on various online sites related to real estate education and certification.

Landlord Outreach: We are looking for at least one of our new candidates to have excellent phone skills. This individual will be responsible for contacting landlords and management companies to get listing information.

Research: Qualified candidates must be experienced at various types of web research such as:
Using search engines to locate blogs, online forums and other web properties related to topics which will be provided.

Researching topics on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. You will be required to find groups, pages and users that we can connect with on various company marketing campaigns.

Required Skills:
Online research
Date entry
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Google docs
Excellent communications skills (excellent phone skills a plus)
