When it comes to content that means publishing useful, informative articles that answer a wide range of questions. One day you might write a plain-language introduction that lets a beginner make sense of private servers, and the next day you could help an experienced system administrator understand the future of their preferred Linux distribution.

You get to manage your own time and workload, build your writing and research skills as you work, and learn about web technology. We operate multiple brands, each with its own voice and target market - so you need a bit of flexibility in your style.

You don’t need to be a technical expert but you do need to be able to absorb and communicate new information. We’re looking for skilled writers who can take a thorough brief from an editor, possibly add some of their own research, and turn out quality content.

That means you can expect to be challenged at work, as well as gain skills and knowledge that you would rarely pick up elsewhere — making for some rewarding days at work.

Ideally we are looking for:
- 4+ years proven experience with copy writing and editing
- 4+ years proven experience in marketing, digital marketing or web design
- 1+ years experience providing customer support to end users in English.
- You communicate well and can clearly articulate complex issues in English, both written and Upgrade to see actual info’s a bonus if you have some understanding of how hosting works, including domains and DNS.
