JOB OVERVIEW

Busy Business Owner in Property & IT businesses needs a experienced VA to think on their own an be able to work on tasks with little or no managment or intervention.

Ideally I will give you a task and you will be motivated and experienced in VA work
preferable if you work in a team an have access to others with broad range of skills.

I have had to think carefully about this an there is lot of little an varied tasks an so the main skill I am looking for is someone that will take whatever I give them an find a way of getting it done , even if they do not have the required skill , the most important skill for me is for you to know how to find a way of getting that task done , finding someone that can do the job , using your research skills , the internet (google) to find information on working the best way on any given task using your experience and contacts an working on your own judgement to establish if they are right person for the job in hand an overseeing the job until it is done.
In brief need to be able to research an gather information for me , be organised and a good communicator, build databases and be able to manage an arrange my diary and manage suppliers and providors of services , some knowledge of UK locals like telephone dialling , local UK Accent in spoken words when dealing on telephone, good with email and writing letters
Desirable is experience in legal or with documents/contracts legal forms paralegal relating to property but not essential
Fast PC & Internet connection
Fast thinker and quick typer (or use voice recognirtion)
Be Able to be creative and think spontaniously in challenging environment where you need to think up ideas and implement them learn fast, and speak clear english
Prepared to do overtime as an when is necessary

VA Must have team around them / Fullback Support
Checking/Auditing whats done , whats left to do..
Advise me with systems if you see gap or someone being poorly done.

** VA / Calls **
Telephone Person must have excellent grasp of english language, negotiation experience preferred and Clear Spoken English

Some times I will be able to give instruction in audio's videos and make up a script to follow when handling incoming calls.

Ultimately will want person to make outgoing calls & emails an maybe advice how they work with other clients on calling an tracking those calls.
Push out emails to agents and return there calls
Follow up calls with sellers & buyers
Follow up calls with interested people at events to buy tickets
Call up people in existing network or send txt an see can convert lead into a sale in real-estate related sector.
Phone people from website adverts
Phone companies and negotiate terms.
