JOB OVERVIEW

Ewriter Solutions, a full-service ghostwriting company, is looking to fill a few copy editor positions. We are looking for those with a firm grasp of the English language to read through the final drafts of the eBooks that come in and catch small grammar, style and usage mistakes that the writers may have missed. Books typically range between 6,000 and 15,000 words. Edits need to be returned within 24 hours of receiving a book.

The ideal candidate will be communicative and have a reliable PC and mobile internet connection. They will also be highly proficient in using Microsoft Word. Familiarity with the Kindle Marketplace and online publishing is a plus.

Our starting rate is $35 per week, for which you will be expected to edit 7 books per week while you get used to our process and see if the position is right for you. After that, your salary will be determined based on performance and you will be expected to edit at least 15 books per week.

The first test is to edit the below samples to perfection, when you send along your completed sample, please send a resume as well.
