JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

Thanks for reading our job advert!

We are looking to hire an experienced programmer to join The Systems and Outsourcing Company as an integral part of the product development and business systems optimisation teams.

We are a young and growing that helps entrepreneurs and small business owners hire remote workers and outsource their day-to-day business processes. We have established the Systems For Outsourcing Virtual Assistant (VA) Training Academy to find, hire and train the very best VAs for our clients.

A BIT ABOUT US AND THE ROLE

I have two nephews who were adopted from orphanages in the Philippines and my business partner is from China. We are therefore hiring the majority of VAs from these countries and we are passionate about promoting fair wages and working conditions for all the VAs we place. We go to great lengths to educate our clients on how to work effectively and fairly with their remote teams.

You would be working directly for us, to help us to automate and improve our business processes. This will free our team of VAs to focus on more important and meaningful work. We see business process automation as the key to creating a truly mobile and scalable business and need you to help us to turn our ideas into reality.

We currently use Zapier for many integrations but find this limits our options and we often have to make compromises due to the way Zapier functions. Bespoke API scripts would obviously get around this and allow us to do a number of things that Zapier isn’t capable of.
