T-Shirt Designer/Illustrator -- up to $350USD - - Long-term!

We are looking for a T-shirt Designer and Graphic Illustrator.

This is a full-time job with a salary of $290USD/month and up to $350USD - - Long-term!

We will send you Daily/weekly design samples for your inspiration and we would like you to RECREATE the ideas in your OWN style.
The Designer must have these following skills:
- Create HAND-DRAWN and ORIGINAL creative T-Shirt designs.
- Grahics Editing
- Illustrator & Photoshop
- Shirt Design
- experience in TYPOGRAPHIC DESIGN (hand-drawn in many cases)
- Be able to create up to 4/5 ORIGINAL DESIGNS per day
- Fluent in English

VERY important:
- you make sure that NOTHING you design violates any copyrights
- nothing you send was ever previosly or will be never in the future be sent to anyone else (i need original designs and i will randomly check designs by using tools)

We will monitor this regularly.

You should have the following skills:
- self-motivated
- creativity and individuality
- Good reading/writing English
- basic knowledge in german (ideally)
- Must be open to feedback
- great skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Familiar with google drive, sheets, and docs
- Computer with reliable Internet connection
