Short Term Rental Virtual Assistant

Looking for a Virtual Assistant who can manage Short Term Rental Properties

? Work with multiple property management platforms ( AirBnb, VRBO)
? Direct communication with guests, includes responding to guest messages, calls and issues within a timely manner.
? Manage reservation, complaints, in addition to handling the transition of tenants moving in and out of the vacation/rental home.
? Experience in similar field is a plus.
