Full Time Project Manager

The Role:
We are looking for a full time Project Manager who can project coordinate video projects and has basic skills in Graphic Design/Illustration. The purpose and objective of this role is to coordinate the delivery of world class creative videos on time and on budget.

The successful candidate is someone who loves communicating to clients and seeing projects from concept all the way to end and has graphic design/illustration experience.

You will be coordinating video, animation and creative design projects (banners, infographics, etc) from beginning to end.

You will be coordinating by email between our clients who are Australian Marketing and Communication Managers and Business Owners, with our team (script writers, designers, animators, voice over artists, videographers and video editors) in order to produce the work

The position is home-based and work hours are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) 9am-6pm.

Your Primary Role:
- Managing and coordinating multiple projects between our team and clients from start to finish via email (google suite), slack and Trello
- Understanding, explaining and breaking down feedback/amendments from clients into clear actionable instructions for our team to execute.
- Quality Assurance: have a great eye for detail and design, and make sure all feedback and amendments have been addressed during the production stage and projects are produced at a world class level.
- Ensuring deadlines are met and managing client expectations
- Finalising projects by uploading them to our video channels and Wordpress website
- Utilising your basic design and illustration skills when needed, to help our design team make minor tweaks if needed on projects such as storyboards, infographics, banner ads etc.

Your Secondary Role:
- Creating basic banners/graphics for our blog and social media
- Preparing client documentation such as project updates, proposals, and reports
- Managing our social media channels: youtube, facebook, twitter, instagram, Vimeo, behance, dribble,
- Managing live chat: zopim
- Managing and updating our Wordpress website
- Looking through our marketing data, and producing templates and reports internally
- Basic data entry and database management (CRM: active campaign)
- Taking minutes of our weekly meetings


Requirements For The Ideal Candidates:
Must have fast and reliable internet: fibre connection preferred (we are managing video files)
Experience in managing and co-ordinating multiple digital projects
Experience in Adobe Suite: photoshop/illustrator
Ability to use tools such as Dropbox, Google Suite, Slack, Trello, active campaign
Basic experience in Wordpress
Excellent communicator with customer service experience, preferably in an Australian company.
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to interpret constructive feedback, and coordinate back to the team

Salary:
3 Months Probation: 25,000 PHP
After Probation: 27,500 PHP
